Using our websites

You may use our websites for lawful purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt them, access them by automated means at a rate that degrades them, probe their security, or misuse forms such as the waitlist. Reading and citing our pages, including by search engines and AI assistants, is welcome.

The content of our websites, including text, graphics and logos, belongs to Bayou Applications LLC or its licensors. “Bayou Apps”, “Moor” and their logos are our trademarks. Apple, Mac and macOS are trademarks of Apple Inc.

Purchases

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. When your purchase completes, you receive a license key for the software, subject to its EULA. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

Early access and waitlists

Our websites may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimers and liability

Our websites are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the websites, and our total liability relating to them will not exceed $100 or the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months, whichever is greater. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Louisiana, except where the law of your country of residence requires otherwise.
